Fly has been servicing Chicago's youth since 2007 by training up to 500 youth via Community organizing, 101 training throughout summer programs funded by after school matters, The Woodlawn Restorative Justice Hub fund by the city, and our Community Engagement initiatives fund by in-kind donations and FLY Leaders! With your help we can take FLY's work to create more community leaders to build resiliency and reduce street violence in Chicago's communities! Through community-based leadership, youth begin to engage in their communities, create relationships with one another, and tell their own stories. FLY's model is one that can be replicated in any community. But it takes a community to help bring our dream to reality. Whether it is filling a need through a donation of time, talent or resources, we use a community-centered approach that empowers others to take action and proactively address the crime and violence that plagues communities.
